Two weeks later
So after two weeks of mild wet weather the gunnera has grown significantly and has overcome the frost damage completely. The damaged leaves are continuing to wither but look at the new growth!

Bouncing back
The leaves which were affected by the frost have been stunted but new growth, particularly after the last couple of days of rain, is helping the gunnera to bounce back.
